Crystal Outlaw, LCSWA, LCASA
I take pride in collaborating with and empowering individuals from the beginning to the late stages of adulthood who are living with co-occurring disorders, psychosocial barriers, and diverse mental health needs.
As a therapist, I take the approach of meeting you where you are and partnering with you to control the narrative that you want to create for your life. I believe that peace and security can live inside all of us if we have the proper tools in our toolkit to allow them to grow.
Summary
I utilize a multitude of therapeutic modalities and provide ongoing evaluation of techniques. I work within a space of integrated treatment to address mental health and substance use disorders. Services can include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation, Strength Based Therapy and Crisis Intervention.
Let’s take this journey of discovery together. I look forward to providing you exceptional service!
